Outbound Tour Trainee JD

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Outbound Tour Management Trainee to join our team. This entry-level position offers a unique opportunity for individuals aspiring to establish a career in the travel and tourism industry. The successful candidate will receive comprehensive training in the planning, operation, and budgeting of outbound tours while working closely under the supervision of experienced professionals.

Training and Development:

Engage in structured training to gain in-depth knowledge of outbound tour planning procedures, including itinerary design, logistics management and vendor selection.

Itinerary Planning:

Collaborate with supervisors to develop authentic travel itineraries that meet client expectations while adhering to organizational standards and budgetary guidelines.

Operational Coordination:

Assist in the coordination of operational logistics for outbound tours, including transportation arrangements, accommodation reservations, and activity scheduling, ensuring a seamless travel experience for clients.

Budgeting and Financial Analysis:

Acquire proficiency in preparing and analyzing tour budgets, identifying cost-effective solutions while maintaining high service quality, and assisting in financial tracking and reporting.

Stakeholder Communication:

Maintain professional communication with suppliers and internal teams to facilitate smooth operations and promptly address any emerging issues.

Documentation Management:

Support the administration of essential tour-related documentation, including contracts and invoices to ensure accuracy that meets with company compliances.

Feedback Mechanism: 

Participate in post-tour evaluations by gathering feedback from clients and team members, contributing to the continuous improvement of tour offerings and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree in Travel, Tourism, Hospitality Management, Business Administration preferred

• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Proficiency in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
• Basic knowledge of budgeting and financial analysis is advantageous
• Demonstrates a strong eagerness to learn and develop within the travel industry
