Travel Consultant / Senior Travel Consultant

Responsibilities
- Handle customer enquiries including cruise/flight/hotel bookings
- Provide cruise product advice to guests, including reserving cabins, completing online check-ins, and arranging pre and post-cruise accommodations and activities.
- Provide accurate visa requirements and application details at the time of reservation.
- Work closely with the operation & product team
- Undertake ad hoc duties or projects as assigned by seniors and management
- Opportunity to travel overseas and on cruise lines.
Requirements
- Possess an undergraduate degree.
- Have a minimum of 1-2 years of relevant experience in the travel industry, fresh graduates are welcomed too.
- Can write and speak in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin.
- Be proficient in using Microsoft Office.
Salary
- Basic salary of HKD 13 - 18 K
- High commission averaging HKD 10 - 50 K
